Our journey began modestly in 2004 with a single PVC extruder, enabling us to manufacture PVC hoses for washer tanks (wiper lines) and wiring harnesses. Over the years, we've experienced significant expansion, evolving our facilities to cater to diverse industries. Today, we stand as a testament to growth and innovation, serving customers across a variety of sectors.

Managing director
With over five decades of leadership in the rubber and polymer industry, Vishnu Namboodri is the driving force behind AVN Plastics & Rubbers. As Managing Director since the company’s inception in 2005, he has built AVN into a trusted supplier for leading automotive and industrial brands across India and beyond.
Vishnu’s journey spans iconic names such as Goodyear, Apollo Tyres, and JK Tyre, where he held key leadership roles in manufacturing, operations, and new product development. At AVN, he leads a team of over 70 engineers and technicians, overseeing everything from product innovation to strategic growth.
Known for his deep technical expertise and grassroots execution, Vishnu has played a critical role in expanding AVN’s reach into the railways, automotive, and international markets. His vision continues to shape AVN’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and national progress.
