Our Story
Since 2004, AVN Plastics & Rubbers has been making washer and wiring-harness hoses for the automotive industry, beginning with a single PVC extruder. Step by step we added rubber extrusion, compression moulding, calendering and our own compound mixing. In April 2025 we moved into a new, larger plant at IMT Manesar, and in the same month we incorporated AVN Plastics & Rubbers Limited in Oakville, Ontario, to serve North American customers.
What We Stand For
We make parts that fit first time, arrive on time and last in service. We invest in process control, testing and people so that our customers can spend less time on incoming inspection and more time building vehicles and trains.
Quality Policy
AVN is committed to on-time delivery and consistent quality at a competitive cost. We work to reduce waste and rejections, train our people continuously and improve our equipment and processes. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and we hold ZED Bronze certification.

VISHNU NAMBOODRI
Managing director
With two decades of leadership in the rubber and polymer industry, Vishnu Namboodri is the driving force behind AVN Plastics & Rubbers. As Managing Director since the company’s founding in 2004, he has built AVN into a trusted supplier for leading automotive and industrial brands across India and beyond.
Vishnu’s journey spans iconic names such as Goodyear, Apollo Tyres, and JK Tyre, where he held key leadership roles in manufacturing, operations, and new product development. At AVN, he leads the team, overseeing everything from product innovation to strategic growth.
Known for his deep technical expertise and grassroots execution, Vishnu has played a critical role in expanding AVN’s reach into the railways, automotive, and international markets. His vision continues to shape AVN’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and national progress.
