Custom rubber, PVC and thermoplastic parts

We make parts to your drawing or sample, in the compound, hardness, colour and length you need. Every group below can be developed and sampled in-house at IMT Manesar.

Hoses and beadings

Extruded EPDM, PVC and silicone hoses and beadings, supplied in cut lengths or by the metre. We also make washer and wiper hoses and fuel bend hoses to OEM drawings.

Applications: 2W and 4W washer systems, wiring-harness routing, fluid lines, edge trims

Rubber caps and packing protectors

Moulded caps that protect threads, ports and machined faces during storage, transport and assembly. Sized to your component and supplied in bulk for OEM lines.

Applications: Engine and transmission components, OEM plant packing, export packing

Star protectors

Star-profile extrusions that grip cables and pipes while leaving airflow and flexibility. They guard against abrasion and rattle at contact points.

Applications: Wiring harnesses, brake and fuel lines, cable bundles

Sleeves, protectors and covers

Sponge and solid sleeves that protect cables and edges, plus wiper shaft covers and GPS tracker boots. Made to the length and inner diameter you specify.

Applications: Harness protection, wiper systems, telematics and tracker housings

Fuel-resistant hoses, mileage test bottles, 2W and railway parts

Fuel-resistant hoses and leak-proof mileage test bottles for engine and vehicle testing. We also make moulded parts for two-wheelers (wheel cups, engine cap protectors, buffers) and extruded profiles for rail.

Applications: OEM test labs, fuel systems, motorcycles and scooters, rolling stock

Silicone masking for paint shops

Heat-resistant silicone plugs, caps and sleeves that mask threads and surfaces during painting and powder coating. Post-cured for dimensional stability and reuse.

Applications: Paint shops, powder coating, e-coat lines

Microcellular sponge hoses

Lightweight closed-cell sponge hoses that cushion and protect cables. Soft, flexible and easy to slide over harnesses.

Applications: Cable protection, cushioning, multipurpose sealing

Tyre bead separators

Rubber rings that keep tyre beads separated in the bead room. Made to your bead diameter.

Applications: Tyre manufacturing bead rooms

Grommets, O-rings, seals and gaskets

Moulded grommets (including sunroof drain grommets and stoppers), O-rings, seals and gaskets. We match your hardness and compound requirements.

Applications: Body and sunroof drainage, harness pass-throughs, fluid sealing, enclosures

Printer rollers

Rubber-covered rollers bonded to metal shafts, ground to size. Supplied as new or re-covered rollers.

Applications: Printing, converting, feeding mechanisms

Scooter floor mats and conveyor pads

Moulded floor mats for scooters, and rubber pads for conveyor systems. Durable, slip-resistant and made to your tooling.

Applications: Two-wheeler floorboards, conveyor systems

Impact- and voltage-resistant floor mats

Interlocking rubber mats that absorb impact, and insulating mats for electrical areas. Supplied in standard tiles or cut to size.

Applications: Gyms and work floors, electrical panels and substations
